Every one of us is tired of carrying extra weight or worried about it, but do not have time to think about it in our busy schedule. Although it just needs some adjustments to our hectic lifestyle.
When we say ‘Healthy Lifestyle’, does it mean to give up your favorite food and comfort zone?
Not really! A healthy lifestyle is not about restrictions and limitations; it is about balancing, controlling your mood, enjoying more energy and eating your favorite food.
There is no medication in the world to improve our lifestyle but to change our habits. We ourselves have to plan our diet and routine. We have to balance somewhere between all-or-nothing. Doing this can lead us to a healthy and productive life.
I divided the routine of the whole day in 4 easy steps:

Remove sugar from your Diet:

It is important to know the difference between added sugar and natural sugar. Natural sugar exists naturally in the food, like in fruits and vegetables while added sugars are those added to the food as in candies, coke and all other processed food. We should avoid added sugar to live a healthy life and it also helps to lose weight.
There are many things wrong in modern diet but if I have to point out one element than it would be sugar, which is called sweet poison according to some experts. We unintentionally take a lot of sugar in our diet. Although we are not adding sugar into food but we take it without any clue like every processed food contains sugar. If we go to the market and look at the ingredients then we may notice that food manufacturer confused us by using different names of sugars that are not technically sugars but a form of sugar, which a lay man may not know.
But the problem is if we do not add sugar in food then it may not be as good in taste as we are used to. For this purpose, we have many other healthy alternatives like honey. It doesn’t mean that honey doesn’t have sugar but actually it also has nutrients, protein, which added sugar does not have. You can also entertain your sweet tooth with fruits.

Regular Physical Activities:

We hear it thousands of times that exercise is good for health and it is good, not only to lose weight but also building muscles. Regular exercise is a cure to many diseases and if we are suffering today than it is because we neglect physical activities. Exercise and other physical activities lead us to a healthier and happier life.
We all know that healthier and fitter lifestyle needs some efforts, but the problem is our busy routine and laziness. Am I right? Ok I have 2 tips for you.
  1. You have to manage your time =P  and
  2. If you are a house wife, then remove the maid and try to do your work by yourself. If you are working in office, then park your car few meters away from office and walk to office. And don’t use the elevator.
Your routine must contain these elements and develop a routine for workout or walk and engage yourself in physical activities. It is not that difficult. It will improve your memory, fix your postures, boosts your energy, helps you sleep better and you will live longer and happier.

Healthy Eating habits:

Healthy eating? Means starving? Dietary restrictions?
No!  Healthy eating means having a balanced diet. It is the balance between the number of calories you take and energy you consume. If you eat more, you should consume more.
I have some practical tips that help you in eating healthy:
  1. Start your day with a lot of water; it can increase your productivity throughout the day.
  2. The most important meal of the day is the breakfast; it improves the performance and controls your weight. Some people think that skipping breakfast helps them lose weight. No! Modern research shows that it can actually increase your weight.
  3. Avoid processed and junk food. People eat processed food to save time but it is not good for your waistline.
  4. A palette filled with fruits and vegetables reduces the risk of various diseases.
  5. Eat less but eat often: Research suggests that often eating small meals decreases cholesterol level.
  6. Eat everything in balance and control your urges, otherwise immoderation of everything can lead to bad standards of living.
  7. avoid broiler chicken as they are injected with growth hormones.

A Cup of Green Tea A Day:

Hot beverages are a habit of almost everyone in this world; some are addicted to coffee and some to tea. There are many types to tea and all types of tea are made from Camellia Sinensis except herbal tea. But ever you think that a cup of green tea is how much beneficial for you? and why?
Green tea is less processed. It boosts your metabolism that leads to burning calories, which helps you in losing weight. Therefore, green tea helps in our daily routine fitness.
Let’s have a look on benefits of green tea that improves both; your health and beauty. The nutrients of Green tea have been honored in traditional Chinese and Indian medicine for centuries. It prevents many diseases like various types of cancer, heart diseases, food poisoning. It also controls blood pressure, sugar level and cholesterol. It remove extra fats, fights allergies, and improves our immune system.
Other than that green tea is also used in many modern skin care products. It contains anti-oxidants that reduce the cause of immature aging, illness and fight against acne, wrinkles and sunburn.
In few days you will feel the energy in your life and glow on your face. You can mix a tea bag of green tea in half a liter of water and to spray on your skin and put the used teabag on your eyes to get rid of dark circles. It is a miraculous drink that can prevent diseases, boost your fitness and energize you.

At last, hope the above information will help you and it will not disappoint you. If you think there is something missing, or if you have any suggestion, feedback or a question in your mind don't forget to comment below and Ask Miss Tipsy  :)

  35. I agree with all of these. Especially the sugar bit. I rarely add sugar to anything unless I am baking (which I don't do very often at all). I prefer using other sweeteners, such as pure honey. Not sure if that is much better, but it makes me feel better, lol.
