 It is true that women are naturally beautiful. So they spend too much time and hard work to maintain their beauty. And skin is the center of their their attention. Skin is directly affected by environmental factors and weather. Skin dried up when skin loses oil and water.
Winters and dry weather has negative effects and skin gets rough, dry, stretched and hard.
It is better to use natural treatment for skin instead of medication.

Causes For Dry Skin:

  • Age: With the increase in age, skin becomes drier, use suitable moisturizer daily.
  • Weather: Cold weather causes greater number of skin problems.
  • Hot water: Hot and steamy water is no good for our skin; it dries the skin moistures quickly.
  • Over washing:  immersing skin in water throughout the day in water can cause skin to become dry and rough
  • Excessive use of tea and coffee
  • Artificial heating in rooms like heaters etc.
  • Skin Disease

Dry Skin care:

Method 1: Moisturizing mask: 

Yogurt, milk and cream are good moisturizing masks for dry skin. Apply any one of these on your face and leave for 10-15 minutes. wash you face and do not use towel. 

Method 2: Yogurt and Honey Mask  

You can use dairy products like yogurt, milk or cream with honey to make the mask more productive.
Mix them in equal quantity. Apply to face and neck, leave for 10 minute and wash with warm water. Your skin will glow with honey.

Method 3: Strawberry Mask 

Mash strawberry with cream and a tablespoon of honey to make a delicious paste. But do not eat instead apply this mask to face and leave for 15 minutes then wash.

Method 4: Nourishing Cream: 

For daily use, mix Glycerin and Rose Water equally and refrigerate. Use daily on your face before going to bed. It also lighten the complexion and makes your skin naturally glow.

Tips and Precautions:

  • Drink water, it prevents many of your problems
  • Avoid excessive heat and heaters.
  • Moisturize your skins regularly
  • Avoid hot water.
  • Eat fruits.because fruits are the best for skin protection.
